About this house rental
Classic cottage only 700 m from the water. Enjoy the sunset from the terrace. Røsnæs is beautiful, rough and wild, and from here you have a wonderful view over the entire Great Belt. The Røsnæs peninsula is located near Kalundborg and is the westernmost point of Zealand, about 110 km from Copenhagen and here you can expect about 100 hours more sunshine than the national average. In the hilly terrain you can take wonderful walks with beautiful views over the water and as far as Funen. Nearby is also a golf course with 18 holes. If you want to visit a city, Kalundborg, the nearest, larger city with a beautiful pedestrian zone, will attract you. Also visit the old town and the church. The peninsula Reersø is also an experience, especially if you go around the island (about 9 km). To the east (Zealand) you will find three beautiful wetlands, Flasken, Skiften and Vejlen with wading birds, ducks and exciting flora. To the west there are high dunes, and at the same time it is also a particularly good place for anglers. The island is also known for its many tailless cats. Also worth a visit are the gardens of Birkegården, a 10,000 m² adventure farm with animals and play park, and Kragerup Gods with many activities where you can whiz through the treetops, play soccer or canoe through the moats.
