This welcoming house offers a sunny and tranquil setting on a gently sloping plot on the outskirts of Begur. It is situated just 2.3 km from the village centre and 6 km from the sea, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
The property has a spacious 800 m² private plot, largely preserved in its natural state, as well as a pleasant 16 m² garden terrace. Access to the house involves climbing a flight of 21 steps, which should be taken into account by guests with reduced mobility.
There is a parking space next to the house within the property. Additional parking is also available on the street.
Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found nearby. Flaçà railway station is approximately 30 km away. The nearest sandy beaches are around 6 km from the house, while rocky coves are located approximately 9.1 km away.
