We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.
Parking at the condo is always FREE, and you’re just steps from the beach — no need to pay for beach access parking!
FYI: As of January 10, 2023, Oak Island has implemented paid parking at beach access points from April 1 to September 30, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Rates: $5/hour, $20/day, $80/week.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Excellent Communication and easy check in process. Instructions were very clear about check in and check out process. Clean house as described. Functional kitchen. Welcome bag was good for for need. Ocean view from master bedroom and balcony was very refreshing. Easy access to beach, nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Family friendly, safe and quiet area. Beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus. Excellent place to stay at Oak Island and highly recommend.

We had a fantastic trip here! Condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked with amenities, quiet and conveniently close to the beach. We hope to come back again soon!!
