Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, the Duke apartment is a spacious accommodation offering a large living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, three double bedrooms, and two fully equipped bathrooms.
From the entrance hall, you enter directly into the living-dining room and integrated kitchen. It is a particularly bright space, as the apartment is located in front of a large open square with no buildings blocking the view. In the living area, there are two comfortable sofas and an impressive 40" Smart TV with 4K resolution, connected to the internet for watching YouTube or streaming apps. Next to the sofas, and facing the passage to the modern kitchen, is a practical dining table where you can enjoy unforgettable dinners during your vacation. The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, and is partially separated from the living room by a half wall, giving it a sense of independence.
The master bedroom of the Duke apartment features a large double bed (180x200 cm), a spacious three-door wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. It is a quiet bedroom as it faces an interior courtyard. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and spacious wardrobes. One also faces the courtyard, while the other has a window overlooking the large open square. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom, which is equipped with a large shower.

Even though it rained most of the time during the week of our stay, we managed to enjoy ourselves staying in this apartment. It has everything we needed in the kitchen. It got humid, and since there is no A/C, the fans were handy to help. We walked to to Playa Zurriola, and Playa Concha. And, sometimes took the bus #9 which stops right in front of the apt. to go around town & the old town.

A 15min walk to the beaches/old town but safe and easy to get to. Very clean, modern and well sized apartment in a quiet part of town. Plenty of kitchen appliances but note there is no AC (fans only). Shops and bakery very close by too.

Bright airy apartment in a good location with a small sunny balcony off the kitchen. Short walk to the old town and the beaches and with a large supermarket and coffee shops just across the road. Lovely bathrooms and good general decor. Short walk to the railway station and good parking nearby.
A minor point but no tea towels or plug in the kitchen sink which seemed an oversight when everything else was well presented.
