Fantastically clean, great location, themed bedrooms, and all the amenities you need. We’ll definitely stay here again. We never had any issue with finding parking, the host responded very quickly to questions, there was a great coffee shop directly across the street from the loft, and, there’s a wonderful variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. To top it off, the exposed brick in the main living area and bedrooms made for an excellent backdrop for family photos. We stayed here when traveling for our son’s wedding at The Willow Tree in Tipp City-it was a short, relaxing drive to the venue. There’s minimal “city” noise at night; but I’d bring earplugs if you don’t like the white noise of passing cars and a sleeping mask if you’re staying in the Bicycle room- if you need it extra dark to fall asleep like I do.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated two-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Troy, Ohio, right next to the county courthouse. The space has a modern New York City loft feel, with exposed brick, new finishes, stylish furniture, updated appliances, and excellent amenities. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center, within walking distance of great coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and even a bit of nightlife.We plan to stay here every time we visit our kids in Troy. One minor note: the window shades offer limited privacy in the evenings, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent experience. Highly recommended

Apartment was exactly as described and included extra special touches, and the adorable town square exceeded expectations ( yummy restaurants and great coffee shops). Really enjoyed our stay.
