Magnificent Farmhouse situated on 7 acres ranch with pool, hot tub, and outdoor gas firepit. Peaceful setting with easy access to Denton, pilot point, Celina, wedding venues, restaurants, and stores.
This charming modern farmhouse has 4 bedrooms and three full baths this spacious 3K sq ft home is spacious can easily accommodate up to 12 guests. The open floor plan with a living room and outdoor patio and a private splendid pool make this home perfect for big family gatherings and reunions.
The house is surrounded by farms and tall and thick trees where horses and cows can be seen. A huge backyard for fun plays and relaxing. Tranquil location with easy access just off Highway 377 and 380. Fenced area on the side of the house for the dogs when you are away.
There are plenty of attractions nearby
1. Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch (less than 14 minutes drive) - exotic species in a 126 acres park that offers tram rides
2. Ray Robert’s Lake State Park (18 minutes drive) - camp, hike, ride a horse, rollerblade, geocache, or go backpacking and swimming
3. Black Mustang Ranch (18 minutes drive) - horse activities, horseback riding lessons
4. Texas Tulips (15 minutes drive)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful country property. The setting was peaceful and spacious, with lots of open land and the sweetest donkeys that added so much charm to our visit. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, and the home itself was very roomy and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We would happily stay here again.

The scenery is lovely, and the house is clean throughout. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the pets liked running around the yard.

The house was spacious and well equipped.We spent most of our time outside around the pool.The host was attentive and exceptionally easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
