Enjoy snorkeling with the sea turtles, humpback whale watching in the winter or gazing at rainbows, this property is perfect for it all! The Kahana Sunset sits on Keonenui Bay and feels as though it has its own private beach. Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali, and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Napili, this property is also just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

• No Air-conditioning
• Oceanfront Views from 2 balconies – one off the living-room & one off the master

Unit B3, remodeled with granite counter tops and a well-equipped kitchen. The half bath downstairs provides and living room sofa sleeper adds for convenience. The downstairs lanai has a retractable awning adds some shade for the afternoon sun. This condo overlooks the pool and BBQ to oversee all the fun on property as well as the amazing views out to the island of Molokai and Lanai.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children.

For convenience, there is a Napili Market, a grocery store that is about ¼ mile away. Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a great Happy Hour with both food and drink specials!

We really enjoyed the location of the condo and our unit had a beautiful ocean view. No air conditioning, which would have been preferred, but each room had a fan and screen so you could keep windows and sliding doors open. For our March stay this was ok. Overall these were perfect accommodations for the five of us. The two things I would mention to consider if the property is a good fit for your needs:- The hot tub was not hot. It was the same temperature as the pool. That was disappointing because we were looking forward to that for the evenings. This was really the only complaint and the reason why I dropped it to four stars. - The beach was was nice and sandy; however, it's pretty small and you can really only utilize the beach and swim during low tide so not extremely ideal for young kids. Snorkeling is possible but mediocre compared to some of the nearby beaches

This was our first time staying in Kahana. It was much quieter than Kaanapali or Kihei where we usually stay. It was a great location. The property is older, but nice. There was no AC in our unit, which was fine for us, but might be an issue for others.

Would not go back. Dirty and stained bedding and mattresses, dirty window screens, dust balls on walls, dirty and dated carpet, sticky handrails and cabinet knobs, leak under bathroom sink, broken TV upstairs, broken electrical outlet. Needs paint refresh. Very noisy upstairs bathroom fan.
