This villa lies among the most charming towns in the province of Seville, such as Osuna, Écija and Marchena. Thanks to this house’s location, you can either discover the nearby towns or head to Seville for a cultural day-trip. However, you can also choose to stay home and relax.
Inside the house, you are welcomed by a spacious dining-living room, with several armchairs and sofas where you can kick back and enjoy some regenerating siestas, also thanks to the warm/cool air-con and the wood-burning stove that ensure a cosy atmosphere. The attached open kitchen is provided with the amenities needed to surprise your family’s palates. The villa’s three bedrooms, which rely on warm-cool air-con, are ideal for up to six people to sleep there regardless of the season chosen to travel; two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each, and one bedroom is furnished with a 1.35-mt bed. A huge bathroom with shower is also available inside the villa.
Outside, the 1,250-sq-mt property features several corners that fit all the family’s desires. In fact, you will find a 16-sq-mt porch, a 195-sq-mt poolside garden where two sun loungers and a parasol are located, a gorgeous private pool, a children playground, and a pergola with a dining area and a BBQ. All of this, together with the fact that the house is completely fenced, lets the whole family enjoy their holidays like never before.

Nous avons passé avec nos trois enfants un excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété. Les propriétaires sont d'une inoubliable gentillesse, très serviables, disponibles quand il le faut. La maison est très propre, la piscine est bien entretenue. Le très beau jardin bien taillé et la grande cour avec aire de jeux pour enfant est juste exceptionnel. Confort garanti. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Vor allem im draussen hatten die Kinder viel Platz, um sich im Swimming Pool und mit Ballspielen auszutoben.
Das Haus war auβerdem sehr sauber und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Da wir verschiedene Städte in Andalusien besuchen wollten, war die Lage dieses Hauses sehr praktisch.
