Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

Had to book this property as a last minute as our plans had changed in the 5 days leading up to our holiday and we needed a bigger place. Upon arrival.we used keysafe to gain entry and all communication was top notch and pleasant. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool even though it was rather cold but we had come during winter so wasnt expecting it to be hot but a heater would have been nice and then we could have enjoyed it a little more. The house was clean and tidy and just what we needed. By the time we left my husband wanted to buy the house and move to australia. If we ever visit again i would definitley look at booking this house again for our stay.
