This comfortable home is situated on the shores of the beautiful Kagerplassen. With your own rowboat, you can easily explore the beautiful lake region of South Holland. Or sail right up to the city walls of the historic city of Leiden.
Close to Schiphol, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, beaches, the Kagerplassen, Leiden, and The Hague

Living room with open kitchen:
You have the entire house to yourself, featuring a spacious, cozy living room with French doors opening onto the terrace, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker (filter), electric kettle, and microwave

Restroom facilities:
There is a restroom in the entryway on the first floor

Terrace:
Beautiful, large terrace with patio furniture right on the water.

Boat rental:
Throughout the entire summer season, you can also rent a boat with a skipper. Of course, you can board right from your own terrace at the Guesthouse for a wonderful boat tour across the beautiful Kagerplassen.

If you’re interested in booking a boat tour, the host will be happy to assist you—after all, they’re your neighbors.

Dock:
You can moor your own small boat (length 6.5 meters) at the terrace.
If your boat is longer, we have another spacious dock across from the house for boats up to 8 meters.

Entrance:
You enter the house through the carport (shared access for 2 homes)

Garage:
Storage for your bicycles; here you’ll find a washer and dryer, as well as 2 bicycles that you’re welcome to use for free

Bathroom:
Spacious bathroom with 2 shower stalls, a sink, and a toilet

Bedroom 1 (first floor):
Spacious, comfortable room with a balcony, TV, and ceiling fan. This room has two single beds that can also be made into a double bed

Bedroom 2 (first floor):
Spacious room with two single beds that can also be arranged as a double bed

Bedroom 3 (second floor):
Spacious bedroom with two single beds that can also be arranged as a double bed, a third bed can be added; fan provided
