We had a wonderful experience staying in this property for a wedding in Boston with a large group of over 30 people! Eder, the host, was incredibly attentive and responsive, both through VRBO messages and text. We had a minor issue with the door lock during our stay, and Eder promptly sent someone to fix it at 6pm, which we really appreciated.
The property was perfect for our large group, offering plenty of space and comfort. It's important to note that the property consists of three full flats, each with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The bottom flat has the largest kitchen and family room, which worked out great for our group gatherings. Each flat has its own locks, so it’s very private, but it still felt like one large home, making it ideal for a family reunion.
The location was excellent for getting around the city, and everything was very clean. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located place to stay in Boston, especially for large groups or family events.

The property was on a busy street with a burned out shell next door, which surprised me as I think we could have been in a much nicer neighborhood for what we wound up paying.
