Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. According to Homeowner Association Rules and Regulations, this condo prohibits bookings from young adults and Spring Break groups. The presence of such groups in neighboring properties may increase general noise levels.
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

Really enjoyed the property. Right on the beach and conveniently located to many restaurants and stores. Was nice to have a designated parking space. Quiet building, comfortable beds. Couldn’t figure out how to work the TV so called management office and they sent someone over to look at it. If there were instructions in the unit telling you how to work the TV and remotes then we wouldn’t have to bother management. There were plenty of glassware and dishes but the dishes were not microwaveable so having some dishes or bowls that could be used in microwave would have been nice.

Condo was great for 2 couples. Directly on the beach. Check in/checkout was easy. Starter supplies were a great bonus. Seen multiple dolphins from our second story balcony!

The host was excellent and helpful in all ways. The location was the greatest and when we had trouble with the tv, they were right there to help us. The price was right and the facilities were clean. It could use some new paint and a bit of upkeep. We would go back.

The location and view were great!
The unit itself is in need of updating and painting.
Bathrooms were dark, balcony is small but worked for two to enjoy the beautiful view.
