Modern corner terraced house in a fantastic location between Portixol and Cuidad Jardin, the most sought-after banlieues of Palma.
You live close to the attractive seafront promenade and the popular sandy beach. You can take a leisurely stroll along the paseo or go jogging, cycling or inline skating. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Thanks to the good connections, a hire car is not absolutely necessary and a transfer is possible with a short taxi ride.
The best fish restaurants on the island, barbecue specialities and tapas can be found just around the corner and the nearby island capital of Palma attracts visitors with its many shopping opportunities and cultural and culinary offerings. We had a fantastic week at Carmen's wonderful, clean and very stylish house.
Everything was and looked like on the pictures and Carmen was very friendly and helpful.
The beach, bakery and super markets are just a one-minute-walk away.
We will definitely book this house again.
