Just beyond the Old Port, the Plages du Midi area blends seaside atmosphere with the historic charm of Cannes. The harbor, the old streets of Le Suquet and the Croisette are all within easy reach.

Located on Rue Georges Clemenceau, this apartment offers a quiet setting only moments from the waterfront.

Inside, the living room includes a sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Cannes.

The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, oven and microwave.

The bedroom features a double bed, while the bathroom includes a shower and hair dryer. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge

Super little apartment. Clean, nice facilities- great to have the little terrace, which is part of the internal courtyard for many buildings there, it’s not sunny - but it didn’t matter is was a respite from the sun…. Location is great for restaurants or popping to beach.It was perfect really ( the fridge was a bit of a design compromise! - it opens the wrong way, but apart from that)Sofa bed was comfy for my daughter. - we used that room just as a bedroom. Very good - would stay here again!

Location Location hop skip to beach and marina..center of it all….lots of steps as is usual in Europe, no lift, but once you get there you need to find the entrance through the courtyard for coming and going…
