Dating from 1863, the masseria, proposed, is a typical construction, located in one of the most beautiful regions of the APULIA.
Completely restored this year according to the rules of art, it is ready to accommodate up to 8 people with all comfort.
Surrounded by "muretto a secco", the property aspires to tranquility, and will allow you to relax enjoying the sun, gastronomy and the "Dolce Vita".

45 minutes from Bari airport and one hour from Brindisi airport, its location is ideal to discover the most emblematic sites of the region: Polignano a Mare and its cliffs, Monopoli and its white sand beaches, Ostuni white city, Alberobello and its trulli, Castellana and its caves, Locorotondo and its famous wine, Bari, Trani and its cathedral, Matera troglodyte city, Lecce and its baroque churches, without forgetting the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto and Salento.
ACCOMMODATION:
The structure is divided into three independent parts:
1) an apartment (for 4 people) consisting of a separate fully equipped kitchen, a living room (sofa bed) with fireplace, and a bedroom (bed 160 x 190) with a private bathroom.
A vaulted staircase gives access to the large upper terrace offering a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, which you will appreciate during your aperitifs at the end of the day.
2) a room (for 2 people) matrimoniale (bed 160 x 190) with an independent entrance, with its private bathroom.
3) a second bedroom (for 2 persons) matrimoniale (bed 160 x 190) plus bathroom equipped, also having its private entrance.
All rooms in the house have direct access to a large terrace covered with typical Apulian stones.
The interior vaults, and the stone floors give an authentic style to the different rooms.

The day we drove the front gates into this Villa it was magical. The beautiful setting with vineyards, olive trees and fig trees. The area of the pool and outdoor kitchen were breathaking
The 2 hosts Victor and Beatrice were wonderful in greeting us into their home.
The common areas were very confortable for our family of 6 adults and 2 twin baby boys of 19 months old. All amenities were available to us as if we were in our home
The ensuites all had a private door with a full private bathroom for each bedroom
The villa was very well situated for beaches to towns and cities for sightseeing and dining
Let's not forget the beautiful boutiques for shopping each one with their beautiful charm. And all was only minutes away. This villa was very well situated for north or southest point of the Adriatic sea.
We would definitely recommend this Villa (masseria) to anyone travelling with family members or friends

Superb place with very efficient air conditioning and a great pool and garden area. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and the pool and garden a real paradise for a relaxing holiday. A car is required to get around and roads are narrow so don’t hire a hummer :)
Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet break and a short drive or taxi from the coast (10 minutes) thanks to the hosts who were very friendly and helpful

Its beautiful villa, very useful kitchen and amazing swimming pool.
If you think explore Apulia as Matera, Pollignano, Alberobello and others beautiful small Italian cities is absolutely great place to stay, rest and chill 👌
