Lovely Condo with Amazing Mountain Views. It is Directly off the Parkway with Easy Access to All Local Attractions. There are Convenient Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Playgrounds, BBQ's and on the Trolley Route.
This One Bedroom Home Features: Hammock Swing, One King Master Bedroom and a Bunk Room off the Living Room. There is also a Double Futon for Additional Sleeping Spaces for Guests.

Go to Dollywood Theme Park or Splash Country Water Park. There are almost Endless Opportunities for Entertainment. Groceries are Available Nearby just a Mile away at Walmart or Kroger.
We are just over a mile from the New Convention Center & The Island. It is just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Only one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.
We have Many Restaurants to choose from and several in Walking Distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters: Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.
Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator for easy access. The condo can be accessed by a wheelchair. The bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.
Sorry, No Smoking inside and No Pets per the condo policy. Under the HOA, trailer parking is not allowed.

Condo was awesome! Very clean and location perfect. Jetted tub much appreciated after 16 miles of hiking. Communication great and check in smooth. Bed was super comfy! Thank you. We will be back.

Host was great and very easy to communicate with. The room was clean and exactly as described. It was perfect for our stay! The only minor drawback was a lack of small amenities that we had assumed would be available - like shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc, but nothing a trip to Walmart didn't fix. We would stay here again!
