Lovely Condo with Amazing Mountain Views. It is Directly off the Parkway with Easy Access to All Local Attractions. There are Convenient Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Playgrounds, BBQ's and on the Trolley Route.
This One Bedroom Home Features: Hammock Swing, One King Master Bedroom and a Bunk Room off the Living Room. There is also a Double Futon for Additional Sleeping Spaces for Guests.
It is a Great Option for Young Families Looking to Enjoy Pigeon Forge.

Go to Dollywood Theme Park or Splash Country Water Park. There are almost Endless Opportunities for Entertainment. Groceries are Available Nearby just a Mile away at Walmart or Kroger.
We are just over a mile from the New Convention Center & The Island. It is just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Only one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.
We have Many Restaurants to choose from and several in Walking Distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters: Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.
Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator for easy access. The condo can be accessed by a wheelchair. The bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.
Sorry, No Smoking inside and No Pets per the condo policy. Under the HOA, trailer parking is not allowed.

We loved the pool, the location was great and the comfortable sleeping situations worked wonders for my kids. The tub jets needed to be cleaned, we just ran a cold bath with the jets on for a little while and it cleared the black flacks. The fire place wasn't working but it was hot outside when we were there and didn't end up needing it. Check in was a little delayed but the owner made it right by us. We would definitely book another stay and are thinking about coming back in December.

Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, floors were dirty, bed sheets had not been changed out, had dirt and long hairs on them. balcony was extremely dirty, had to sweep and clean it. contacted the owners and they were great to work with they helped to rectify the issue. we love Mountain view condos we stay there regularly when we are at the mountains which is 3-4 times a year, the condos are located right within all the activities we normally do.
