15 minutes to Disney from $70/ night (10 people)

For a budget rental, this is exactly what I expected. We we given 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 extra trash bag, and 1 roll of paper towels. Towels provided were very warn and thin. One had stains on it. No wash cloths were provided.In both bathrooms, the closet doors were removed and exposed framing. There are dents, marks, and cracks in the walls. Some of the decal stickers are cracked and peeling off the walls. We were not given check in instructions besides the door code. It says to use the code, then turn the handle. That's wrong. Luckily I had one in college. You use the code, then turn the spinning knob around the key hole, clockwise to unlock. To lock it's the same, but counter clockwise. But it didn't work every time. It took 5 tries before it unlocked. Then one day it quit all together and we tried so many times it errored. I think the batteries need changed. There is a physical key. We didn't know about it since there was no mention of it in the check in instructions. I messaged the host and got a response in 5 min. We were able to use the physical key. But it's hard to get it lined up to take the key out.There is a gate to get in the community. The gate code is not on the check in instructions. I messaged the host. They responded quickly with a code. The cleaner had the check out date incorrect. She just walked in. Scared all of us. I told the host and he said we didn't have late checkout. I had to send him a screenshot of my reservation for proof.

Location was super close to DisneyWorld. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Immediate responses from host. Quiet complex, perfect for after a long day at the theme parks. Definitely will book again.

Clean house. Secure neighborhood. Convenient to many stores and restaurants. Responsive host. Needs new kitchen pans and key pad lock.

We enjoyed how centrally located this place is to so many attractions including Disney World.The accommodations were very clean. The host was on point with communication and directions for check-in. The grounds are very well kept and a nice friendly family place.We will be back for sure!
