Less than a 5min. drive from SJU airport & just steps to the beach, this fully equipped 16th Floor studio is where you want to spend your PR sunsets. One free parking spot in the garage. Self check-in anytime after 3pm. Access to paid laundry in building basement. Free storage of luggage before check-in and after check-out. Game room. 24/7 supermarket, 10min. walk. Pool permanently closed.
THE SPACE
o 543 square foot studio.
o Located inside the building: ESJ Towers.
o The studio is on the 16th floor with airport/ocean view to enjoy from the balcony.
o One king sized bed.
o You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen.
GUEST ACCESS
o You can store your luggage free of charge at the lobby.
o Access to the beach. Gate is open daily from 7am to 7pm, hours subject to change.
o Access to ONE free parking spot in the garage.
o No pool access. We currently do NOT have a pool. However, you can book pool day passes for nearby hotels using an app called Resort Pass.
o We provide two beach chairs, one umbrella and one cooler for use during your stay. However you can also rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach.
o Laundry open daily from 6am to 11pm. Token operated machines. Tokens bought at lobby Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm. $3.00 each token, valid for one cycle.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
o We are 5 minutes from SJU airport , 5 minutes from Mall of San Juan, 10 minutes from Convention District, 15 minutes from Cruise Ship Port, 15 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, 25 minutes from Bacardi Rum Plant and 35 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest .
o Unfortunately power outages are more common than we like. The building has a back up generator for common areas (such as elevators) but not for our unit. If power goes out, there is nothing we can do. It's just a matter of waiting for it to be restored by the electrical company.
o No cable TV.
o No pool access.
o We do not have personnel on site therefore we do not replenish towels and/or sheets during your stay. We provide only one SET of towels per guest for the duration of your stay.
o Building repairs are common and are authorized between 10am and 5pm on weekdays.

The view of the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the water, as well as watching planes take off from the airport. Coral was very responsive to all of my questions and was a great host. We have stayed in this building several times, so we knew what to expect. The beach access is great and I was happy to see that the coffee shop was open--it has really good coffee and sandwiches. The unit had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with host and she went above and beyond to replace a beach umbrella. Building staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to do everything and was exactly as described.

It had everything you need, beach towels, chairs, awesome view of ocean, clean property and room, assigned parking right near elevator.
