About this house rental
Located in a quite gated community just off 192 in Kissimmee. It has 1797 sq. ft of living space, rear lakeview and an attached garage.
Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.
After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!
Bedrooms configuration:
- Master king Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 32' LCD flat screen TV with DVD.
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and 32' LCD flat TV.
- Third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and, trundle bed.
- PS3 Console and games available in the living room area.
Appliances: Equipped with all appliances: stove/oven, dish washer, BRAND NEW washer/dryer,refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, toaster, blender, kettle, all kitchen utensils, iron and iron board, etc.
No smoking and no pets allowed:

Best VRBO experience ever! This property is clean, well maintained, and fully furnished. It is clear the owner thought of everything guests would need to feel at home, and then some! Will definitely stay here again if/when we are ever back in Orlando!

Alfredo was an exceptional host who genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. He was attentive, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout our visit.His home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was especially well-equipped with everything we needed, and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the abundance of extra towels, linens, and pillows.The home is located in a peaceful gated community overlooking a lovely pond filled with ducks. We enjoyed walking the scenic path through the cypress and bamboo trees and appreciated having a nice playground nearby. The shared pool was just a short walk away, impeccably clean, with soft water kept at the perfect temperature.We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend Alfredo's home to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.Thank you, Alfredo, for your wonderful hospitality!

The host was available, friendly and a good communicator. The condo was equipped and stocked. The 6 of us all liked the place,very homey. Very clean, nice kitchen and laundry.
