Welcome to our cozy retreat in Penn Yan, NY, nestled on a quiet hill surrounded by apple orchards and rolling vineyards. While there's a peek of Keuka Lake through the trees, the real charm here is the peaceful setting-perfect for sipping coffee on the porch, unwinding after a day of exploring, or just soaking in the fresh country air.
We bought this home in fall 2024 and fully renovated the interior to create a comfortable and inviting space for guests. While the inside is completely updated, we're continuing to make improvements to the outdoor spaces. Our driveway is shared with the friendly business next door, but once you arrive, you'll feel tucked away in your own private retreat. We live just a few miles away, so if you need anything during your stay, we're always happy to help!

Outdoor Adventures – Hike or bike the Keuka Outlet Trail, rent a kayak, head down to Watkins Glenn, or take a scenic drive around the lake.

Harvest View is a recently renovated, modern home located in Penn Yan, NY, comfortably accommodating 6 guests, with arrangements available for up to 8 guests upon prior request. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp. The home includes 3 bedrooms—two on the main floor and one in the basement—and 2 bathrooms, both located on the main floor. The basement features a lounge area with a TV and ping-pong table, accessible from inside or via an exterior entrance.
*Early check-in may be allowed. No fee will be applied for the first hour before check-in. $25/hr in additional fees will be applied after the first hour.
*Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, cooking essentials), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and TVs on both floors. Outdoors, guests have access to a full deck with seating and a grill.
*Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in front of the parking signs.
*We kindly request that guests observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

We would have loved a kettle and body wash and shampoo. Most the of the places we have stayed at always had toiletries provided so we were disappointed to see there wasn’t any. Apart from that we had a very comfortable stay.

Karl was a very responsive, helpful, communicative host. The house is amazing! Clean welcoming and comfortable. The house is well stocked, lots to do, lake is close by and town is not far away. We were in the area for a family wedding and should we ever come back we are definitely returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience Karl.

Our host excelled in prompt communication. The amenities were crisp clean, stylish with and plenty of space. Checking in and out was a breeze. It is a beautiful location with many activities in the area to enjoy.
