Situated close to the centre of Überlingen, a lovely town on Lake Constance, the well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Borrs” is an ideal starting point for relaxing holidays on the lake and hiking or cycling tours in the scenic area. The 80 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with one single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. You can start your day with a coffee on the south-facing balcony with seating furniture or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners.
The nearest supermarket can be found an 11-minute walk (850 m) from the apartment, a bakery lies a 4-minute walk (350 m) away, and cafés and restaurants can be reached after 500 m or a 6-minute walk to the charming historical centre of Überlingen. After a 10-minute walk or 850 m, you can get to the train station and the ferry terminal, from where you can cross the lake to Wallhausen near Konstanz. The closest beach, Strandbad West, is a 17-minute walk (1.4 km) from the apartment and next to the thermal bath. The hilly area surrounding Lake Constance is perfect for hiking or cycling, but a skiing area is also in the proximity, located a 30-minute drive (25 km) from Überlingen.

Pros: Freundliche Vermieter, ruhige Lage.
Zum Strand und zur Therme 15 min laufen.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Der Bodensee ist fußläufig in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Gaststätten, Supermarkt, Strandbad, Therme - alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Check-in und Check-out waren ganz unkompliziert. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist - wie auf dem Bildern ersichtlich- sehr klein. Unsere Jungs (5 und 11 Jahre) haben sich dort trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub!
