About this villa rental
Holiday home 12 km from Ronda city centre, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This coquettish holiday rental is ideal for a family of 8 people to spend their holidays, only 12 km from Ronda. In fact, this house lies in the countryside that characterises the area that surrounds the city of El Tajo, one of the Andalucia’s most neuralgic points.
Inside the villa, you will find a double height dining-living room with a fireplace and some wide windows overlooking the terrace and the hills that extend behind it. The independent kitchen is attached to it, and together they create a lovely living area. Regarding the bedrooms of the villa, where you can recharge your batteries and enjoy some regenerating nights of sleep, you will find two with a double bed each, and one bedroom with two bunk beds. A bathroom with shower completes the indoor facilities of the villa.
The outdoor area is a spacious terrace featuring a lovely private pool where you can cool off during the hot summer days. There’s a Balinese bed to spend your summer evenings at best, and a swinging sofa that will rock you to some deep siestas. Not to mention the outdoor area for “al fresco” dining, on the porch, and the one in the shadow of a centenary tree. Near the latter, you and your family are provided with a ping-pong table and a soccer table, to engage in fun activities during your free time. There is also an outdoor toilet.
The access to the villa is possible via a 2.7-km dirt track, characterised by curves.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances,maison très propre,jardin magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes qui offre de très beaux couchés de soleil,la piscine est vraiment top et très bien entretenue comme le reste de la propriété.
Enfin mention spéciale pour le propriétaire Manuel et son frère qui sont de très bonnes personnes très discrètes et toujours près à vous rendre service et toujours à votre écoute si vous avez besoin d’eux.
Nous avons hâte de revenir et je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Mooi huis in een woonwijk, niet ver van Ronda. Winkels in de buurt (korte auto-afstand). Terras en zwembad aanwezig. Alle belangrijke keukenapparatuur is aanwezig. 3 Slaapkamers en 1 badkamer met douche.

Een groot huis met voorzieningen in een rustig gedeelte van Arriate. Het zwembad was top. Wij hebben hier met een gezin van 5 een prima plek gehad voor een goede prijs en een mooie omgeving naast de indrukwekkende stad Ronda.

La Villa est superbe, agréable, il y fait bon vivre et dormir, même sans la climatisation... La terrasse extérieure où l'on mangeait à tous les repas était bien appréciée, avec vue sur la piscine. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et de l'hospitalité et la gentillesse de Rafa, il est très convivial, il nous a mis directement à l'aise. Il nous a conseillé de bons endroits. Merci pour tout.
