With a surface area of 60 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.
At the entrance of the accommodation, a small hallway will lead you to the attic living room, which will welcome you with the radiant natural light that characterizes this accommodation. This living room, with gray, white, and wood tones and two Picasso prints as decorative elements, has a dark gray sofa easily convertible into a 190x150 bed as well as two reading armchairs. Finally, a wooden table with seating for four completes the comfort of the common area of the property.
Along the hallway to your left, you will find the independent kitchen of the accommodation, fully equipped, as well as a completely new and fully equipped bathroom.
At the end of the hallway and adjacent to the living room, you will find the bedroom of the house, also attic, with a queen-size bed of 190x150cm and with views to the outside, providing the room with magnificent natural light.

This was a nice place for our family, the entire place was large, the amenities were nice. Even had an umbrella to bring to the beach! Only thing I didn’t appreciate was the uncomfortable pull out bed that I slept on with our baby. He was fine, but I felt everything. Overall, though, I’d recommend! The shopping and restaurants and literally all around. We walked to the castle and the fortress, and to the beach every afternoon with no problems.

Check in process was smooth. But be prepared to walk a short way on stone streets with all your luggage from l-loft office (where you check in) to this apartment.
The apartment is spacious. This residential building is quiet but the street is not. This apartment is located very conveniently close to dozens of great restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques and gift shops. It’s in the historic centre so museums, the cathedral, Calle Larios, the marina and Malagueta Beach and many other points of interest are short walks away. If you need a taxi there are 2 taxi stands very close by. But the street is noisy with people and vehicles until very late at night. However, the bed is comfortable and you do get used to the street noises.
It has a nice bathroom with a large shower. Lots of closet space.
The kitchen has enough room and is supplied with basic appliances including a cloths washer.

Nice accommodation but unfortunately the noise from the street outside resulted in poor sleep on all three nights.
