A charming, one-of-a-kind suite in the heart of Cashmere. This thoughtfully designed space features one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, dining for four, peninsula seating, in-unit laundry, and a pull-out sofa to comfortably sleep up to four.
Located within Side Street Cashmere, you're just steps from local favorites including Yonder Cider, Gaucho Coffee, Brassbound Mercantile and more. Downtown Cashmere, parks, trails, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. Want to explore beyond Cashmere? The bus stop is nearby, with free bus service to both Leavenworth and Wenatchee.
The Chickadee Suite includes an open and spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has fun games, a large Roku TV, and vintage touches that will take you back in time. The full-sized pull-out bed in the sofa can be used for additional sleeping accommodations. The bathroom as a tub and shower and includes a stackable washer and dryer. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet and full length mirror.
The train passes nearby which can be disruptive. Ear plugs are provided and sound proofing wherever possible to try to minimize the noise. The 5-bedroom Chickadee Inn is next door and you may hear the guests staying there on occasion.

Only problems we had was there isn't any soundproofing between us and the next unit. Had to listen to the neighbors conversations and kids running and playing. Also the host mentioned the train would be going by but didn't say it would be twenty feet from the bedroom. Pretty hard to get good sleep with the air horn blasting that close all night.

Very Unique location called side street. Attached to various fun shop etc giving you something to do just a few feet away. Very friendly area, in a cute little town close to larger towns and cities.
The suite is cozy, fully equipped, no hassle or problem.

This property is extremely clean, well furnished and decorated. It is absolutely adorable.
If it wasn’t for the train, I would definitely want to stay again. Unfortunately, this property is built in an old train depot or building that is literally next to the train tracks. We did not sleep at all the nights that we stayed.
Just a couple minor things there was four of us that stayed. There was only six towels with all of us being women. It would’ve been nice for us to have the availability of two towels, one for hair, one for your body.
There was no extra blankets or sheets. We could’ve used a couple more blankets. I did not contact the host about this.
The walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors karaoke party till midnight. This isn’t necessarily an issue that can be fixed. It just happened to be the luck of the draw for who is next to us.
And the last thing is the welcome book that’s on the little table at the front has conflicting information then what is sent to you by the host it just needs to be updated.
Overall, the cleanliness and how it was furnished was great, but the location with the train lowered that my overall review for this property.
