Ideal for solo travellers or couples, our expansive 1-bedroom hideaway called "Idle a While" offers a Comfortable Beachside Stay in Oistins with 5 Star Service from locals who know the area like the back of their hand, all essential amenities and a flexible bedding configuration. If you need a second bedroom, let us know!
Experience true relaxation while swinging in our hammock to the ocean breeze on our back deck with beachfront access, all with the convenience of being just steps away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and shops in Oistins
This one-bedroom space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Step out into sunshine onto the back deck for direct access to the beautiful beach - arguably our best feature as told to us by previous guests.
The bedroom can be set up with either two single beds or one queen bed based on your preference, allowing for a total of 2 guests.
The open living area and kitchen provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including laundry facilities.
There is a laptop friendly work space and we allow smoking ONLY on the outside deck.
There is secure, gated parking for 1 car for guests at Idle a While.
Idle is a 1 minute walk to a large Massy Supermarket, a 2-3 minute walk to Oistins Fish Market and Fish Fry, and is 3 doors away from Surfers Cafe.
Checkin is not permitted without the full Security Deposit of £1,000 being paid. We will pre-authorise your payment card 1 day before check-in. For cash deposits, please let us know at the time of booking. All guests are required to sign the inventory list on arrival and departure.

This property was exactly as advertised, well located with good local amenities. The property itself was clean, well provisioned and a great place to stay. Liz and Little Alex were very community and went out of their way to accommodate when there was the potential of flight issues affecting my checkout.Would only consider not recommending in case it makes it easier to rebook next time I’m on the island! ;)

We had a the perfect stay . Great views form the deck out back . Good location meant we easily got around on the local ZR/ maxi Taxi .Wish the sea bed was less stony but
