Inside, the studio is clean and thoughtfully arranged with two comfortable beds, soft coastal décor, and an open layout that makes it easy to relax between beach trips. The kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, toaster, and essentials for simple meals or snacks throughout your stay.
A dining area offers space for meals or laptop time, and the bathroom features a full tub/shower combo with fresh finishes. Fast WiFi and smooth self-check-in add convenience whether you’re here to unwind or explore.
As part of the Fontainebleau, you’ll enjoy direct beach access, a Gulf-front pool deck, on-site laundry, and free parking—along with a central location close to restaurants, shops, and PCB attractions. This bright studio is a comfortable, uncomplicated home base for couples, small families, or friends wanting easy access to the beach.
House Rules & Building Policies:
Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, per fire safety rules.
Registered guests only. No visitors, parties, or events.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per condo and is first-come, first-served in approved lots. A parking pass must be displayed.
Wristbands are required for pool and amenity access. No glass is allowed in pool or common areas.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the condo and anywhere on Fontainebleau property except the designated smoking area.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
Please rinse sand off outside, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running, and do not move furniture.
HOA or property-rule violations may result in a fee of up to $500.
A $50 replacement fee applies to lost parking passes, wristbands, towels, or linens.

Great place! Only thing is that the unit is by the street. If you are a light sleeper I may consider brining a fan. But overall, super happy with our stay! We had everything we needed for cooking utensils, pots/pans/silverware, towels, paper towels etc! They should disclose the front camera per law, but I have nothing to hide so no worries! Just a note for the owner. This is our second time on this property (different unit the first time) and nothing beats being right on the beach! Great location. Very family friendly on the beach! We kept it very demure and very mindful on our beach. Price and the quality are tip top, and the owner was very responsive! Thank you for a great stay!

The stay was fabulous location and convenience to not pool and shore are on point. I like to say the the accuracy of description could have been more detailed in accordance with the FL law and VRBO should state the property is under surveillance with cameras at front door. The owner/host was very nice and accommodating.

This condo is just what we needed. Well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. Jessica is a great host! I plan on coming back.

My partner and I absolutely loved this little unit. We were in town for a couple days for a concert, so this condo fit our needs perfectly. The host is easy to communicate with and relatively fast at responding. As a cleaner and inspector on the beach myself, I have an eye for detail and this place is completely up to par. I would highly recommend!
