Warm apartment of 160 m2 in an old farmhouse with one floor at the exit of the village.
Independent entrance, with a large front door and a meadow.
Semi-detached with my house and another apartment.
Albi 25 minutes away; Lautrec, its pink garlic and its water sports centre 10 km away; Cordes-sur-Ciel at 45 min.
1h from Toulouse, the Sidobre at 40 min, the Montagne Noire at 45 min.

- On the first floor, you will find:
* A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
* A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its private bathroom (shower plus sink).
* a laundry room.
* a separate toilet.
- upstairs, you will find:
* two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed.
* a large bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a bathtub.
* A separate toilet.
*** For holidays a minimum of 3 nights will be required (with exceptions)
**** Bed linen is not provided. If you want the beds made on your arrival, you will be charged 10€ per bed.
