About this house rental
Large ranch home located in west Greeley. Perfect location if you are attending weddings, sports, reunions, concerts & area college events. (NO PARTYS OR LARGE GATHERING) only guests that are staying allowed unless approved by us prior to your stay) We think you’ll love this house it has so much to offer. We have added the extra touches to make your stay a memorable one. Enjoy the many things to do or just kick back and relax. We appreciate your inquiry and hope you come for a stay
This is a large ranch house with a fully finished and furnished basement. It has 5 bedrooms (one bedroom is very small and one is very large). It has 4 full bathrooms. Three bathrooms have showers and the fourth bathroom has a shower/bath. The downstairs has a game room for playing board games. Each bedroom and family room have Roku TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay including a blender, mixer, air fryer, crockpots, coffee pot and many more small appliances. It also has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with ice and water. We have converted the garage into a game room with. A shuffle board table, ping pong table, foos ball table and a dart board for your enjoyment. This house is on a large lot with plenty of free parking for several cars. The back yard is fenced in with a patio that has a lot of lawn furniture. In addition we have a gas grill, gas fire pit, corn hole game and a hot tub!!

Enjoy the garage game room. It is equipped with an air conditioner/heater. Please turn off when checking out. Do not turn colder than 69° or for the heat, no higher than 74°
Please keep cover on hot tub at all times the trees above drop leaves and twigs. No food or glass bottles allowed in the hot tub.
Please double check all gas to stove, oven, grill and fire pit are shut off before leaving the property .
Please use hot pads and cutting boards at all times on the countertops …Do Not cut or put hot pans directly on the countertops, thank you

The house was in excellent shape. Plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, etc. We did not get to use the hot tub due to the cold and severe wind. Very good experience for us!

This house is beyond. Anything in the pictures can ever show. Every single room, which were many, were decorated beautifully. So classy and elegant. The game room is bigger than I imagined. Every room is bigger than I imagined, actually. We didn’t want to leave. Lol! We all might go back there for Christmas. I honestly have never been in such a beautiful house.The backyard is also huge and perfectly manicured, with plenty to do outside. I just can’t get over how beautiful this home is—inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood, as well. We felt safe and private. Between the game room and outdoor activities, you could spend an entire vacation in that house without needing to go anywhere else.Joe and Tiffany are amazing hosts, as well! Very responsive and friendly.
