Garage parking for 1 car; additional on road parking; public car park, at cost. No smoking.. This modern, first floor apartment has the benefit of its own underground car parking space. Stylishly decorated with an open plan living area, making it a great place to share with family and friends on holiday. There are two bedrooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements, one with double bed and the second with a super kingsize bed.
Whitby Abbey and the red rooftops of the old town make a pretty backdrop. As you amble through the heart of this quaint seaside town, with its cobbled streets, atmospheric harbour and myriad of shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés, you will be spoilt for things to do. Sample the famous Whitby fish and chips and work them off with an exhilarating cliff-top walk.
Whitby has so much to offer, no wonder it is a year round destination for holidaymakers. There is always something happening from the bi-annual Goth Festival to the Whitby Regatta, and their music festivals to the festival of Christmas.
With 3 miles of unspoilt beach, this is a fantastic location to get out and explore the natural beauty of the North York Moors and The Yorkshire Heritage Coast. Take a pleasure boat out to sea or a tour bus around the famous sights. Hop on-board the steam train that travels right into the heart of the Yorkshire Moors National Park from Whitby to Goathland famously known as ‘Aidensfield’ in the TV show ‘Heartbeat’.
For the outdoor enthusiast, Whitby forms part of the Cleveland Way Walk, a 110 mile walk which comes down the coast through Whitby, finishing at Filey, passing through quaint fishing villages and along rugged coastlines. With stunning scenery and a wonderful coastline, Little Oaks provides a great base from which to explore Yorkshire’s many attractions. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Great apartment, clean and well maintained Shame about some of the building, broken locks, leaking drainage and still non sensible bin labels.Once you are in the apartment, it is great. Private parking is a massive benefit and every stay, the owner, leaves a little treat which is most welcome Whitby is fantastic, lovely people and great facilities usual favourite, Moon and Sixpence Trenchers and Witsend CafeWe will be back!

A very clean apartment , very well equipped. Very nice welcome pack which was appreciated. The only gripe we had was the people upstairs making a noise which was very annoying. The weather was awful, but it was nice to chill out in a very comfortable apartment. Will certainly go again.

Booked Little Oaks for a long weekend, the main reason I booked this property was the secure underground carpark and the location to Whitby.The flat was very clean and well equipped... could easily stay for longer . The beds were comfortable and cozy, the shower was excellent.The only issue we found was no spare keys.....if one of us went back to the flat then they had to listen out for the other one buzzing to allow them to get back in ...so if you have more than one person stopping it makes it a bit awkward.
