I booked this VRBO at the last minute. The owner was very accommodating and communicative and quick to answer any questions. The house was nice and the location was great for all of the surrounding activities. There was ample space for the six individuals in my party. Would definitely stay there again. I would note that the two homes surrounding the property make you question the location, but we had no issues. I imagine once the remainder of the neighborhood becomes renovated and gentrified, this property's rental price will double. Take advantage of the opportunity before that happens!

Listing claimed a water-view, there was not one. Walk in shower needs handicapped rails installed. Same shower floor was extremely slippery. Same bathroom needs handicapped rails installed in toilet area.
