Welcome to 724 E Gates, a property of Cap City Mgt! This house is conveniently located within 1 mile of German Village where you can enjoy several restaurants as well as parks. Our central location is just 3 miles from Downtown and less than a 10 minute Uber drive to the famous High Street where you can walk to several restaurants and shops and enjoy some night life if you wish. Cap City Mgt takes great pride in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring your stay exceeds all expectations.
Guest Access:
Guests can access 724 E Gates anytime after 4PM by using the lockbox to enter with your unique code that will be sent the day of your arrival. Check-out is at 10AM on the date of your departure.
Other Things to Note:
NO parties or unregistered guests. 724 E Gates is a residential property, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Violating our no-party rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted to escort guests off the property. We take this very seriously to protect our property and respect our neighbors.
NO smoking inside of the property. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping inside the property. If you wish to smoke, we ask you to do it outside. Any violation of this rule will incur a $500 cleaning fee or additional fees if necessary.
Surveillance - Our property is monitored by exterior security cameras.These are used for the security of our guests and our property. Covering or tampering with the security cameras will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay at your expense.
Broken Furniture/Appliances - Please notify us immediately with any broken furniture or appliances so we can get our maintenance team out to fix and/or replace any items necessary. Anything that is broken and needs to be fixed and/or replaced beyond normal wear and tear is subject to additional fees.
Our property is professionally cleaned after each booking. At this time, all bedding, and towels are washed to ensure a fresh stay for the next guest.
