Welcome to 34 Arlington Street, a charming vacation rental nestled in the heart of West Yarmouth on Cape Cod. This retreat is an idyllic haven where coastal charm meets classic style. Stepping inside, you are greeted by a spacious main floor with multiple seating areas and an updated kitchen. The six bedrooms are spread across the second and third floors featuring 3 queen beds and 3 double beds.
Outside, lounge around the patio table while basking in the golden sunlight or gather around the barbecue for an alfresco feast with the sounds of laughter in the background.
Just a mere 700 feet away, the glistening sand and rhythmic waves of the beach beckon you for endless hours of seaside enjoyment. Immerse yourself in the refreshing Atlantic waters, build sandcastles with your loved ones, or simply relax under the warmth of the sun as you indulge in the latest bestseller. Cape Cod's natural beauty is at your doorstep, ready to be explored.
All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. No pets allowed. Saturday to Saturday, seven night minimum during the peak season. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.

Our 3 generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in West Falmouth. The property was very clean and well cared for with a great kitchen. The front porch was shaded and kept us cool during the heat of the day - a great place to grab lunch or read a book when you need a break from the beach. The patio was great later in the day when it was cooler and you needed those last rays of sun. There is an umbrella for the table. Everyone enjoyed eating outdoors and playing cornhole on the lawn. There were 6 bedrooms, all well appointed - 4 on 2nd floor and 2 on the 3rd floor. 3 of the 4 bathrooms had showers plus there was an outdoor shower. The beach was just a short walk and is perfect to just relax. The older grandkids wanted a bit more excitement so visited some of the other Cape Cod beaches but they loved that the cottage was near plenty of restaurants and great ice cream shops and that it had plenty of room to be together as a family but also have space it you needed it. We had a great time here. One note, this is an older home and the stairs to the bedrooms are steep. We were fine but thankful the grandkids were there to help with the luggage.

Location of home was great; very close to center of town and beach. The house itself is very old but has a nice charm. Comfortably held 10 people. Hospital nearby but never heard sirens. Loved the front patio of the home.
