Experience the ultimate Oregon coast getaway at Breaking Waves Retreat, a spacious home designed for up to eight guests. The sound of the ocean fills every room in this beautiful waterfront home.
Main Floor:
Great room with open-beamed ceilings and large windows showcasing the gorgeous ocean view.
Cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and a gas fireplace.
A well-equipped kitchen ready for you to prepare delicious meals.
Dining area with a large assortment of games and books for cozy evenings.
A full-length deck to breathe in the fresh sea air.
Three queen bedrooms.
Two full bathrooms, one with a convenient walk-in shower.
Large utility room with a washer and dryer.
Second Floor:
A private retreat with a second living area and a small kitchen.
A second deck to enjoy more of the spectacular ocean views.
Primary suite featuring a queen bed.
Large primary bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including both decks, all living spaces, and amenities. Enjoy a private entrance and self-check-in for your convenience.
Direct beach access is available via a neighborhood path just a four-minute walk from the house. Because the path is only for neighborhood use, the beach feels wonderfully private. Please be aware that the path is somewhat steep, and young children may need a hand.
Interaction With Guests
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available by phone or through the messaging app if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

This property is strictly not pet-friendly. No exceptions can be made.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
The maximum occupancy of 8 people is strictly enforced and includes all adults, children, and infants. This limit also applies to daytime visitors.
Please be mindful that the neighborhood beach access path is steep in some sections and may be challenging for those with mobility issues.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

Beautiful home and beautiful views. Easy to use kitchen. Great card table and chairs for cards. No ironing board in the nice laundry room. Laundry racks were nice to have Plenty of room for three couples or more.

Overall simple but nice, walk to beach a bit difficult, limited cleaning products. No outdoor grill was a disappointment. While we had two minor issues with a broken coffee maker and a clogged sink the response and follow up was excellent.

The house was very nice and easy to get to the beach. The only issue was that the upstairs bathroom smelled like pee and the bathroom floor was sticky. It was not clean. The rest of the house was very nice. It had a great view of the ocean.

Every thing was great! access to the beach and shopping was very close. Only thing would have been better was a BBQ and a way to rinse off before you track sand into the house.
