We are very familiar with properties of Sandpiper cove. This condo needs some love. The air blows great in the living room, but the vent in the bedroom barely blows. The water gets hot but the faucet in the shower must be regulated. The unit has a very nice tub, but no stopper to keep the water in! It does have brand new furniture throughout. The mattress was very uncomfortable. We love Sandpiper, but this unit is not up to the standards we expect.
