*In rare case that hot tub is out of order a full refund will not be issued emergencies do happen and will try our best to get it handled as soon possible

- Kitchen with all new appliances, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, kitchen and baking tools.
- Bedrooms with fresh clean sheets, comforters, and pillows
- One back yard deck with grill and plenty of seating for all of your friends and family

* 3-Day Pass: $30 per person
* 7-Day Pass: $50 per person
* Children under 2: Free

Damage Protection- The $75 charge listed as “Administrative fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required!
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.
Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin to explain how amazing this property was. There is nothing better than going to a place and you have everything you need and more. The house was well equipped with all the essentials.
Check in was a breeze. Communication was top notch. Location was great.
I have two very busy boys ages 7&9! there was something for them to do at all times. If they weren’t playing in the games room they were hanging out in the hot tub with us or exploring the yard. We loved watching the deer snacking on the grass from the hot tub.
We did activities like camelback adventures, camelback indoor water park, 904 fun golf & Poconos snake and animal zoo just to mention a few.
We had an amazing vacation and our boys are already begging to go back.

Great attention to details by the renters. The house is maintained clean and orderly.
Only needed to get groceries, all else was provided.
The area is very secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed using the hot tub on the deck.
The renter was available whenever I had any questions.
Thank you for making us feel comfortable.
