About this apartment rental
L302 is a newly renovated top-floor condo in a fantastic location only a short walk away from the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2-bath condo sits up on the third floor and features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous ocean and lagoon views with tasteful dark wicker furnishings and island decor throughout. The living room features new tile flooring, plenty of comfortable seating and television with DVD/VCR player for the family to enjoy. The kitchen has been wonderfully redone with beautiful granite counter tops and a large dining room table off to the side. The master bedroom offers guests plenty of room to relax guests with a king size bed and a television of its own while the second bedroom, perfect for the children, offers two twin beds (may be converted into a king upon request at booking) and a television as well. Both bedrooms are on different ends of the unit for maximum privacy and both feature recently redone full bathrooms as well as a private lanai with beautiful mountain and ocean views.
**Guests of L302 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership is valid through September 15, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.

This is a wonderful complex with world class snorkeling , dining and diving next door . The condo is one of the smaller ones in the complex, so ideal for couples and families w young children. Kitchen is very well appointed with top of the line appliances. The membership to the Fitness Center is really nice and not included with many other condos in the complex. Great very responsive management
