The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. But that is my only negative thing I can say about the entire trip. I would definitely book again for this location. It was fabulous!!!!!

It was great. However there was construction right next door. It was furnished nicely. Coffee pot did not work so owners got a workable one. Have side view of marina, but it’s right across the road. I’d rate this as a 9 stars.

Our stay was awesome! Host was super nice to our family especially my boys. Very accommodating. Cozy and clean. Fishing right across the street. Everything you need is right up the road.
