Modern Spacious Home with Epic Lake Views

Great property + rooms. Whole stay was perfect. owners communication is great as well. me and all my friends loved it

We stayed here for just one night after a long flight and before launching our visit to the Olympic Peninsula. Situated close to the airport, it was a perfect location for late arrivers. The house is very clean, with very comfortable beds. The view from the deck is wonderful - a great introduction to the area, especially in the early morning. Unfortunately, we stayed there on one of the hottest nights of the year and the house was very warm when we arrived - just bad timing for us. There could have been a few more basic supplies in the kitchen (i.e. ice) and bathrooms but, agian, everything was clean and neat - my top priorities for a VRBO.

The host and rental was incredible! Kumail always answered questions quickly & was incredibly accommodating. The property itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable, & all amenities were efficient and ready to go. It felt like we were visiting a friends house from the moment we stepped into the house. We had a large group of friends and there was more than enough space for people to sleep and/or set up air mattresses. The large island in the kitchen is perfect to decorate & spacious enough where everyone can eat and vibe together. The back patio was the perfect spot to hangout at the end of the night. This location was not far from all the activities we planned in Seattle & Lynnwood so I would highly recommend if you have a large party. We definitely will be booking again in the future!

Had a great stay in a lovely home

We had a family reunion there. We thoroughly enjoyed the modern, clean, spacious home. We like the flexibility of two storied, each with separate kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms etc. The outdoor balcony/porch with its beautiful lake view was also very convenient for outdoor ,our family of 13 group gatherings. Bedrooms comfortable. The kitchen very spacious and equipped. The location was convenient to various sightseeing . Ample parking. Overall very happy with the rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were beautiful. Plenty of surprise amenities. Accommodations were comfortable. It was exactly as described. Check in and out was easy. Location was perfect. We had some cards with us but some games might be a nice additional touch. Thank you so much! We highly recommend!

This place was great! We rented the whole house. Fit all 14 of us. Kumail was easy to contact. We did have an Issue with the WiFi but after contacting him a few time he came over and fixed it. (It was our fault, family unplugged the router). Then the heater went off (battery was dead) but he was able to tell us what to do without anymore incidents. No AC didn’t need that. The only complaint I had was the loudness of the heater downstairs (really loud) and it was cold! We stayed downstairs but figured out that if you close the door between the two levels it got a little warmer. He did have portable heaters that you could use. Shower on lower level had awesome water pressure and after playing with switches in the bathroom we noted one was for heat (that was heavenly especially after getting out of shower). We didn’t use the kitchen downstairs but is fully equipped. My sons did love that they had their own tv while upstairs was for the little kids. There is 2 sets of washer and dryer in the home. (Upper and lower level had their own) The kitchen has a huge island -that helped with the amount of people with us. I did wish there was a crock pot or instant pot to use but we made do. I did end up getting rice cooker because we Hawaii people need our rice! All in all- had a great time. Love the area - close to tons of things and airport is about 15 minutes away. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks Kumail!
