Whether you are here for an event at Spooky Nook, a family getaway to Kings Island, or a work retreat, this home is perfect for your large group! Conveniently located between both the Dayton airport and Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). Walking distance to the river, downtown, dining along river, and shopping.

Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

This is a great location with nice and elaborate rooms. Each room is very spacious and has it's own AC control.
All items worked as expected and didn't have any issue appliances or accessories like soap, shampoo, towels etc
Only complaint is the multiple trains that pass through the area and the sound is loud.
Overall had a very good experience and my whole team has a great time
