About this house rental
Stay close to the best of Miami without giving up a quiet place to recharge. This bright, single-level 2BR duplex sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and free parking for 2 cars. Minutes from Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell and MIA, with Metrorail nearby. Enjoy a private entrance and a shared outdoor yard—ideal for couples, families, work trips and longer stays.
### 3. House Rules & Expectations
**Quiet Hours:** Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. In accordance with local ordinances and out of respect for our neighbors, loud music, shouting, parties, or excessive noise are not permitted during these hours.
**Parking:** Two parking spaces are provided for your unit at the front of the driveway. Please park in the designated area, filling the spaces **from left to right**.
**Smoking & Pet Policy:** Smoking and vaping are **strictly prohibited inside the property**. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.
**Laundry:** A washer and dryer are available for your use. Please clean the dryer lint screen after each use to help keep the appliance operating safely and efficiently.

Amazing rental in a convenient location. This is by far our most favorite VRBO we have gotten in Miami so far. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. From the ease of booking, communication with the host, the cleanliness of the property to the overall enjoyment we had while we stayed there. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The host accommodated our last minute booking and travel plans and made our stay welcoming and pleasant. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful!

Nice and clean property. However we were unable to change the air conditioning ourselves. The owners did it remotely. Also an alarm beep always sounded when someone passed by the apartment. The house attached to the apartment is also rented.
