The villa is set in Armeñime, a residential area with no tourist activity within walking distance. We recommend having a car to make the most of your stay. The best beaches in the south are only 5 minutes away by car (Los Cristianos) and 10 to 15 minutes (Playa de las Américas and Playa del Duque), offering a wide range of restaurants, entertainment, and shops.

Very nice villa and the owner was very helpful even let us stay till 5pm instead of 11 am
Everything is taxi but not expensive
Wouldn’t advise to walk places for nites out but there are local supermarkets walking distance
