DETAILS: Four Fish Cottage is a delightful cottage located 5 houses off the beach in the popular Grayton Beach community. Guests will love access to the community pool (conveniently located directly next door), proximity to local restaurants, and nearby Western Lake for fishing and canoeing. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps 9.
As you enter this 3-story cottage retreat, notice the detailed finishings on the first floor, including 9-foot-tall ceilings and hardwood floors, along with natural colors and textures to compliment the beach vibes. Entertain family and friends in the spacious living room with natural lighting on 2 oversized sofas and 2 linen armchairs. Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find plenty of room for a sit-down dinner with 11 total seats at 2 different tables—and don’t forget the 2 stools at the kitchen island/breakfast bar where you can watch the chef prep dinner. Making dinner was never easier with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, and ample cabinet space. Down the hall is a ground-floor guest bedroom with 1 queen bed with private bath.
Make your way to the second floor for all the cozy sleeping accommodations—1 primary suite with king bed and private bath with jacuzzi tub, 1 guest bedroom with king bed and private bath, and an additional guest bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed and 1 twin day bed. Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Fish Cottage. The home is not only super cute and upscale, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (literally everything from serve wear for entertaining to meal prep items). The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the kids loved the proximity to the fresh water. Will 100% be back!

The house is spacious and well equipped. Lots of towels and we appreciated the amenities at check in. The text option for getting in touch with management was very convenient. The house is close to the beach and very convenient. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor patio. The beds were comfortable.
The top floor patio is troublesome to get to with a spiral staircase. We hardly ever went up there and were fearful for our young kids to even get near the staircase. Thankfully there is a gate to keep them away. We had some challenges keeping the room temperatures regulated: cold during the day and air reduced each evening. The upstairs carpet hurts to walk on, bring some slippers and the upstairs master could benefit from
Blackouts shades. We had a baby in the master and it’s was full sun at bedtime.
Definitely one of the nicest places to stay on Cottage street! We really wish the upstairs deck was easier to access, but otherwise we will be back.
