Townhome with pool in resort

Communication with host was fantastic & honestly couldn’t fault it/his, thank you so much. Access to the property was great, unfortunately the qr code didn’t not allow us to access the side gate entrance to complex (which was pretty much right outside the property), but it honestly wasn’t too much further to use the main entrance and it didn’t bother us. First time using vrbo and first time hiring a villa/townhouse. The property was huge and so spacious. Such comfy beds, working washer and dryer, plenty of cutlery, dishes and kitchen utensils. We couldn’t get one of the TVs to work upstairs but again didn’t bother us as there were another 2 to use upstairs. Showers and toilets worked well, the downstairs shower was more powerful than the upstairs (it was amazing, so powerful) but upstairs worked fine too. Generally the townhouse was very clean which we always look for when staying at hotels etc. Only thing cleanliness was the upstairs floors were a bit dusty that’s all, but this may have been dust from under the beds. The air conditioning was incredible, best aircon we have had staying anywhere. You could tell it had been a while since the villa had been painted and could probably do with a lick of paint, but we aren’t bothered too much about though types of things. The pool was fantastic, we had it heated as we went at Easter and would definitely recommend heating it visiting at this time of the year. The complex as a whole was beautiful and so well kept. Highly recommend

Spacious and it was clean.

We stayed here with a group of eight for two nights and really enjoyed the convenient location — it’s very close to Disney Springs and made getting around super easy. The space was comfortable and fit our group well.There were, however, a few small things missing that would have made our stay even better: there was no toaster in the kitchen, no grab bars in the showers (which could help with safety), a missing TV remote, and one of the bedroom TVs didn’t work.Overall, it’s a great spot in an excellent location — with a few small improvements, it would be perfect!

During my stay I found that this home needs some significant improvements. The air vents had rust buildup and required cleaning. There was rust around the shower area as well. One of the sinks had a dirty hole that needed a deep cleaning. The interior was in need of a fresh paint job to update and brighten the space. Additionally, the furniture was outdated and one of the bar chairs was so unstable that one of my family members almost ended up on the floor. The kitchen appliances were not up to date and some dishes were dirty. It would also benefit from having more pots and pans to fully support comfortable cooking. Overall it was a ok stay but with some repairs, updates, and better maintenance, this rental could become a much more appealing home.
