Additionally, when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees, the pool heater will remain off to prevent damage to the equipment
- The pool cleaner comes every Thursday around 12:00 PM; they do not have access to any interior space
- There is routine lawn maintenance every other Saturday that occurs during the mid to late morning
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is on the front facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the side facing the gate/pool equipment, and camera 3 is a doorbell camera facing the exterior front entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

House was clean and cozy. We were there for a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch and it was an easy drive to the fields.

House was great, looked just like the pictures! Host was on top of it, even delivering batteries, at 8:30pm, for the remote for the ceiling fan!! Loved the location, a lot to do and close to the beaches!

This place was perfect! The host was accommodating with our later scheduled game. The house was amazing, large enough for two families, beds were very comfortable, it had everything you needed in the kitchen and the pool and hot tub were extra nice. Having a tv outside was also great to watch the SEC championship game while chilling in the hot tub. It was also close enough to the beach to make a quick drive over for the day. Hope to stay here again next year for the showcase.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this property. The house was very clean and well kept, and communication with the management company, Sandra, was excellent. She responded quickly, was very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night. It made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend this property. If we ever return to the area for work, this will be our first choice!
