At Hébergia, we are committed to preserving the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and the number of guests must not exceed the occupancy limit stated in your rental agreement.



We kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels at a reasonable level at all times. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the property and a penalty fee of **$500 CAD**.
