Bedroom 1: Primary suite. King bed, SmartTv, couch that folds into a queen bed if needed, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.

Living room : 76” SmartTv, plush, comfortable sectional, board games.
Dining Area: There are two dining areas enough for up to 12.
Laundry room: Full size washer, and dryer, starter detergent
Garage: Workout equipment, parking space for one vehicle.
Backyard: Electric grill, outdoor dining area, swimming pool, fully fenced yard.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Keurig coffee bar.

Guest to have access to the entire home, excluding one closet in the hallway for housekeeping.

There is plenty of driveway parking and one space available in the garage. Garage must be opened and closed from the inside.
Pool closes for the season on Labor Day and opens around Memorial Day. * These dates may change slightly just depending on the weather.
