About this chalet rental
Housing located in Corrales de Buelna. Ideal for families, with garden. Spacious living room kitchen and bedroom.
Distributed in a spacious kitchen-living room with fireplace and sofa bed, full bathroom and bedroom with double bed.
Located on a property with another non-attached dwelling where the owner lives, the entire garden area will be for the use and enjoyment of guests.
Located in Corrales de Buelna, a quiet area 15 minutes by car from Torrelavega and 30 minutes from Santander
Ideal for travelling by car, the car can be stored inside the estate or outside where there is a parking area, 5 minutes from the accommodation there is an electric car charging point and upon request there is the possibility of charging at the house itself, with a conventional plug, it would be paid separately, you can consult us.
Pets are welcome.

Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
The maximum check-in time is at 8:00 PM. Later entries are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for access to the accommodation after that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Nos ha encantado! Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. La atención en todo momento ha sido de 10. María ha sido muy profesional y amable. Muy rápida en la respuesta y resolutiva, independientemente de la hora que fuera María siempre estaba ahí.
Aún sabiendo que es responsabilidad del propietario, recordadle que sería necesario que pusiera instrucciones sobre cómo utilizar la chimenea de pellet (encendido, apagado y mantenimiento). Mencionar que me encontré con el dueño y me comentó que tenía pensado hacer un vídeo explicativo, sería bueno que no se demorara xq es la única "dificultad" con la que nos hemos encontrado.
