About this house rental
Bellinis and Bikinis is a beautifully maintained 3rd row home with wonderful views of the ocean and a short walk to the 4x4 beach. A Four Wheel Drive Vehicle is Required- Delight in the experience of driving where there are no hard roads! Three night stays are available in spring and fall. The brand new state of the art kitchen makes meal prep a breeze! Outside you will find a gas or charcoal grill and a HUGE pool with plenty of lounging space. Relax in the hot tub before heading inside to the game room on level one. Here you will find a pool table, arcade game, streaming tv, darts, many other games and plenty of comfortable seating.
On level two there are four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms (K, Q) have east deck access and private baths. A two twin room also has east deck access and shares a hallway bath with the two twin bunk sets room. The fourth bedroom is a Queen with private bath. Every room is as desirable as the last, so no worries about claiming a space, they are all superb.
Just off the Great Room on level three is a KING bedroom with private bath, deck access and SmarTV. The gorgeous views in the living room are enough to keep you entertained, but there is also a huge Smartv and a huge selection of movies! The new kitchen is a joy! You will want this kitchen in your house!! You'll want for nothing while making meals, and just in case you have trouble boiling water, there is safety on the sidelines of the large kitchen island. The rule at my house is that dishes will be done by the folks who don't cook... don't worry, even that will be a joy in this well planned kitchen!

No cats Guests will borrow the two season parking passes for parking on the beach. No graduation groups or events are allowed in any of the houses offered by Carova Cottages.

We had a fabulous time again this year. The things we appreciate most are the house itself, how clean it is when we arrive, how close it is to the beach, Laura’s responsiveness and all the nice updates!!My mom (87 years) came this year and drinks espresso several times a day. We reached out to Laura when her Bialetti espresso maker wouldn’t work on the induction stove top and she saved the week by dropping off a nespresso maker WITH pods within a few hours. I can’t imagine ANY other management company being so responsive! We really appreciate you!!The house itself is fabulous, up to date, kitchen has everything you could need, pack n plays, great beach games, we could go on and on. Thank you and we look forward to returning!!

We had a fantastic trip with our kids and grandkids. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked, the extra fridges were very helpful, kids loved the hammock and hammock chairs, amazing views from the deck and horses visited us a 5 mornings. Laura at Carova Cottages was very responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely be back to Bikinis and Bellinis in the future!

We've enjoyed the OBX area annually for 10+ years and absolutely love this property. Laura and Dave, property managers, are wonderful. Location is perfect for our family. House has absolutely everything you could need on vacation. Love the personal greeting card and treats left by the owners. So grateful to continue to vacation here.
