Nestled at the very tip of Somerset on a private dead-end road, this coastal waterfront home is the perfect place for a family retreat, romantic getaway or friends seeking adventure
Marvel at the panoramic views of the Braga Bridge, Mt. Hope Bridge & Bay, Bristol, Tiverton Rhode Island, and the Fall River cityscape on the horizon.
Grab a kayak or relax, soak up the sun & let the gentle sea breeze wash your worries away!
From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open foyer and breathtaking views of the water and surrounding landscape. Our home has been fully renovated with vacation renters in mind, and each room has been individually addressed and professionally decorated to offer a truly unique experience.
Relax in the comfortable seating areas while taking in the beauty of the panoramic views from our South-facing home, and witness dramatic colors from sunrise to sunset. Step outside and enjoy a warm beverage from our expansive wrap-around porch, or take a stroll around the private dead-end road in our friendly neighborhood where many families have lived for generations.
Our spa-like bathrooms, one on each floor, feature modern fixtures, high-end finishes, and indulgent amenities such as multi-pivoting, multi-setting body jets, and overhead rain showers. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals with family and friends. And with multiple dining areas, including an outdoor flat top griddle, dining table, and gazebo with a bar counter, you'll have plenty of options for enjoying meals or drinks with a view.
When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find peaceful retreats in each of our bedrooms. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on plush beds with wonderful linens, blackout curtains, and wake up to the sounds of the water lapping at the shore.
Explore the waters with our kayaks or take a leisurely stroll along the private pebble beach.

Other things to note:
Air conditioning & Heating: There are no restrictions set on the AC's or on the heating and the home can be set to any temperature needed for a comfortable stay. With multiple AC units in the kitchen and bedrooms, the home is effortlessly cooled during summer months. In addition The south facing waterfront home allows for the strong coastal winds to blow through the home and add a very refreshing coastal breeze if Air conditioners are not preferred.
Cameras- 2 Ring Doorbell Cameras. One the Front Door monitoring the front entry and one on the Back door monitoring the rear entry, 1 attached to the garage overlooking the driveway.
All Cameras are motion activated and record sound & video
In addition part of the cleaners policy is that they video record their work before and after each clean to take stock of condition and confirm inventory such as kitchenware, linens, decor, electronics etc.

The host was AMAZING and so very thoughtful. The house is very well appointed, with lots of great amenities, and immaculately clean. Everything is well documented with instructions and he is great about checking in to make sure everything is going well. I hope to stay again!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!We rented this home as a central point for all of our adult children and grandchildren to celebrate the holiday. From the moment we pulled in the drive, we knew we made the right choice. We were a little leary of the "no shoes" rule but quickly came to see why that was requested. The floors are elegant and worthy of it, as is the rest of the home. You can see the time and love that was put into restoring this home. All of our needs were met and many of the things we usually buy to supplement our needs were already there. The space was perfect for what we needed. Even the extras we needed for the 1 & 2yo were there, including a video baby monitor that my son forgot to pack. The beds were comfortable, the sauna was a delightful treat, and the kitchen accommodated our large gathering. Our host, Gary was in contact the perfect amount - not too much, not too little, and made check-in seamless. He even bought, wrapped, and placed gifts for our 4 grandchildren under the tree (not cheap ones either!). This was the first time all of the grandkids were together, and he understood how important it was for us to have that experience memorable. The view and sunsets were like a storybook. We cannot say enough about how happy we are. Thank you, Gary! We will definitely be back!

My friends and I had an amazing stay in this home! I had booked it as a weekend trip for my group and this home exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was warm and welcoming making check-in and communication effortless. The waterfront view was an amazing sight to wake up to. The host recommended restaurants and activities were exactly the kind of fun we were looking for. Little touches like fresh towels, cozy balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful amenities really made it feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
