The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all cookware and dishware you'll need for family meals or casual gatherings.
Step outside to your private patio with a built-in spa, perfect for soaking after a day on the sand. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, private balcony, and spa-like ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed with trundle, private bath, and TV.
Head to the rooftop lounge for breathtaking Sail Bay views, spectacular sunsets, and seasonal SeaWorld fireworks. Comfortable seating and fresh coastal breezes make it the ideal gathering spot for your group.

• Guest Bedroom (2nd Floor) – Twin-over-queen bunk bed + trundle (Sleeps 4; top bunk for children only)
• Living Room (Ground Floor) – Queen sleeper sofa (Sleeps 2)
• Total guest capacity: Sleeps 8 (7 adults max recommended)

• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and beach towels.
• Top bunk beds are for children only — no adults permitted on the upper bunk.
• Living room fireplace is inoperable and not for guest use.

The house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was a great size and in great condition. The shower off the main room was phenomenal and the host was easily reachable and courteous.

Stunning property, had everything we needed. Best grotto style hot tub, perfect after a long day at the beach! Very comfy beds. Great views of on the roof top deck. Easy parking garage. Will be coming back again!
